It looks good and spaced right to use on the 5 string Gjazz ,but only one hole lines up.You have to fill and redrill new holes.

I've bought this bridge for my Squier MB-5 bass because the pickups I installed had a little larger string spacing than the original pickups. The screw holes did NOT align with the old ones, but I've managed to reuse 3 of 6 holes and drill only 2 new ones which is not that bad and the holes are under the bridge (downtoooown) anyway, so I don't care how it looks like. The bridge is stable, and the brass saddles are really nice, the bass sounds sick now, also when not plugged in an amp. In my case I have upgraded a cheap bass and made a nice axe out of it, but I wouldn't use it on a more expensive bass if the holes didn't align (which is a personal preference actually)
