I bought this in Sept and finally started getting it up. One of the bulb outlets are tilted, and there's no way to fix it. I tested it to make sure it worked before fully mounting to the ceiling, and it worked, but the same tilted outlet wouldn't release the bulb. It's just stuck in there.
