I have berber carpet in my basement (very low pile). I needed to cover up the cord to a new treadmill that was a total trip-hazard. I bought gaffer's tape and went after it. Within a few days, the tape just wasn't holding, and the cord (thick and twisty) was stronger than the tape's adhesive.Enter this cable cover. Took a chance that it would stick to my carpet and it does... like velcro (which, of course, it is!). Weeks later, the cord is still snugly held in place and will trip nary an unsuspecting person.If you have the correct kind of carpet, this stuff will work. If you have a thick pile carpet, I can see how this just can't stick. Before you buy, just test your carpet with anything velcro that you have around the house. With the right carpeting, this is a great product!

What a simple idea and great product. Using on my patio to prevent tripping over tv cables, computer cables etc. Also covers gaps on my concrete patio between carpet spacing gaps..If you have outdoor carpet this is for you!. The Velcro makes it sooooo easy with the flexibility to move wherever needed and remove if not needed. As the manufactured says it’s “not for household carpet†but definitely works as intended. My lady is so impressed she is ordering some for her tech team to use and replace those hard covers. Wheels roll over these soft covers so much easier

This product worked very well and looks great on the carpet in our office, but it didn't stick to the carpet in a hotel conference room. Like the information states, the commercial carpet works, but the hook and loop strips don't stick to softer piling. I will be buying more of this though, as it does work very well under the proper circumstances.

Secure cords securely to carpet during meetings. Reduces triping hazards. Bright yellow stripe ads warning to exterior. Easy to put down easy to pull up. It is a soft cover not meant for heavy traffic. It can be cut to size if needed. Works well.

In our school's computer labs, we have used the traditional hard rubber cord cover/protectors. These are a pain in that they are hard to 'uncurl' and then you have to use double-sided tape to try to get them to stay in place. Since our lab has commercial closed loop carpeting, this product has provided a clean, customizable, and re-usable option. No tape to stick to the carpet (our maintenance person is glad about that), it's easily removeable and reusable. After trying it, we immediately ordered another package. Such a great and easy to use product that provides a much more professional look. Unfortunately, it only works in rooms with carpet...so the other half of our school will have to deal with the old fashioned approach...

What you want is a strip of velcro connected by material, that adheres to your rug and makes like... a patch. When you color match it to your rug, you imagine this is going to be the solution.What you get is... some velcro strips that kind of grab, especially if you have a low-pill carpet. Low carpet owners beware, it WILL adhere... just needs some stomping and pressing.All said and done, it formed a nice patch to go over the separation line in my aging carpet, that i later added a nice runner rug over. Would i recommend this to others? probably not. Would i buy it again? probably not.

We have a carpeted stage and I have multiple cables to run in my setup. This is such a simple, easy to use product that helps me get rid of trip hazards and really clean up the look. I attached a pic of my testing it. I'm going to use it to clean up all the remaining cable runs on the back of the stage. What a great idea! It's completely reusable and doesn't have any sticky residue like gaffer tape.

PRoduct seems solid, looks pretty nice, but didn't work on my home carpet. That's not my fault, though, as I didn't read the description well enough. As such, can't give it a 5, but don't want to knock it too badly either.

Der Kabelkanal eignet sich super um Kabel sicher auf dem Teppich zu fixieren ohne darüber zu stolpern. Der Klettverschluss hält gut und lässt sich problemlos lösen und an anderer stelle wieder befestigen.

This really is great stuff for covering a cable if you have looped pile carpets or flooring..it sticks like mad! Be careful tough as it doesn’t stick to ALL carpets..If Velcro hook side sticks then this is for you.
