The only problem I find with this item is that for the amount of cakes I now do to take or bring somewhere, these are expensive for a senior on fixed income. They work, they are sturdy, and very pretty in gold, I just wish I could find cake boards in small amounts that didn't cost so much. Wilton products do the work and have a very good reputation, enough said.

Wilton cake boards never fail me. They are super strong. They are also grease resistant so it’s easy to wipe away frosting and keep your cake looking great. I’ve used this particular board for stacked wedding cakes and stand alone cakes. Great product.

This was perfect for a heavy, four-layer beach themed birthday cake. The gold color really popped with various shades of blue icing. It really elevated the presentation of a homemade cake. We even got compliments from the restaurant waitstaff!

Although thin these work great, look beautiful for a more casual cake, but keep in mind if you can get a larger pack and pay much less per board elsewhere if you plan ahead!
