This project was very easy to follow as a beginner cross stitcher. It will take A LOT of time to work on but it was nice to have something to do with my hands as i watched a show in the background. The hardest thing was keeping my stitches the same tightness but an embroidery hoop holding it lightly taught helped with that.

Dimensions kits aren’t bad BUT, the quality of their Aida cloth has gone way downhill - it is like trying to get a piece of cardboard into the embroidery hoop and it just trashes the thread as the holes are so rough. If you love their kits, just buy your Aida material separately.

Almost finished this cross stitch - really fun pattern. Nice and easy to follow, with large sections of the same colour so quick to complete (it's taken me just over a week). It comes with white felt but I'll probably use another material to make the stocking. This is my first attempt at a stocking (have been cross stitching for years) and I highly recommend you give this a go, even if you're a beginner. It's bright and colourful, I've really enjoyed creating these cute little snowmen.

Easy pattern to follow and didn’t take too long to make. I’ve made many cross stitch Christmas stockings and this was one of the nicest patterns to read and easy to follow and complete.

My Mom has made needlepoint stockings for my family - 6 in total so far. I asked her if she would like to do one for my new Grandson. She (at 99) was up for it as long as it was simple. I found this one. I’m not sure how much she will get done as her arthritis is making it a slow go but she really is enjoying it.The only complaint I have is the Aida cloth has some pulled threads that she didn’t notice until she was well into it.
