The metal is super thin but overall a fairly decent unit. I not sure of the power draw but I kept blowing my circuit breaker. It could be that the outlet couldn't handle the load, so I had to use an extension cord to use another outlet. Once I did that it worked out fine

I bought this double fryer almost a month ago and have used it many times. I love it! The size of each fryer is large I use one size for chicken or any other meat and the other side for fries or anything other than meat. I love having the option to do that. It fries evenly and after frying you hang the basket for draining. I noticed the fries or chicken strips weren’t as greasy and I contribute that to being able to drain at a slight tilt. The number one thing that made me purchase this double fryer was the separate cords. I’ve bought a double deep fryer before and it was actually one large fryer where you could use 2 very small baskets or one big medium size but that one was short lived because of the plug. It was one of those magnetic plugs and within 4 months the plug no longer worked. So when searching for a replacement I looked and read so so many reviews finally deciding on this one. I will post a short video showing the back of the fryer and everything else. The plugs come directly from the back of unit. The fryers heat up fairly quickly and maintain the temperature that it’s set at. I can’t say enough good things about this fryer. I will update my review in 6 months to let you know if it’s still doing as well. Fingers crossed it will be. I absolutely recommend you purchase this deep fryer. The price was great so it will not break your wallet and all around I believe in my personal opinion you will not regret it.

This is a super basic fryer. There is zero insulation around the box holding the rub for oil, which is made of super thin sheet metal. Takes a while to peel off all the plastic covering from the box and lid. I ran it today for the first time, had a fryer thermometer in it. Cranked it all the way to 395, but it only got to 350. Dropped the wings, did not hold temp for very long. Had to pull them up and drop again once "max" temp was reached. Temp dropped to 300 and stayed there till wings were done. Cant say I'm super impressed. Prob should have spent the extra $20 on a better fryer
