Great purchase, very durable, high quality, worth the money. People don’t realize how useful hotel pans can be if you cook a lot. Great for storing things, keeping things warm in the oven, next to the grill, easy to clean, hasn’t rusted yet. Solid.

I use this in the firebox of my stick burner. With a fire running about 275', it'll last a couple hours before a refill is required. It's the perfect size for my box but I have an Old Country Brazos (pretty large) and it could be a little big for the box store variety fire boxes. I don't know the gauge of the metal but it's plenty thick enough for my use and it's held up well over many smokes.

This is exactly the same quality pan as I have used in multiple restaurant and hotel kitchens. The metal is thick and solid. Easy to clean. Great addition to my personal kitchen arsenal. Although it's a little bit larger, this will be replacing my 9x9 Pyrex pan. I just don't trust glass cookware anymore.

The lighter gauge of the steel was noticable compared to my other pan.Hope it won't warp under direct flame.It will be used for preparing meats and serving cooked meals. The rectangle shape is ideal for the refrigerator. They can be stacked. Open and round mixing bowls are not space effective plus the ones we have do not have covers. Looking forward to it's performance.

It's kind of big for my 3 lb bunny but it's sturdy and he can't chew on it. Sometimes he even lays next to it (I assume because he's hot and the metal is cool). I will eventually order another one for my other rabbit as well.

I got tired of going through a ton of foil pans on the smoker and broke down and bought these. I should've bought them a long time ago. They work perfect for me on the smoker and easy to clean. No more flimsy foil pans to bring food in with!

I got this through Warehouse Deals at a discount. It arrived a little bruised, but I don't care because as long as it doesn't leak, and bent edges or dents can be hammered out. :)I use this one for casseroles. Great capacity, so you can really feed a small-ish crowd, no problem. (10 - 12 people easily)Good. quality stainless steel, but not overly heavy. Recommended. :)

I bought this pan to use in my Pelican Elite 45qt cooler as it is considerably cheaper than the official Pelican rack. I'm not disappointed, the steam pan fits perfectly and is lightweight as well.
