Very easy to install and assemble. Works exactly how we needed it to. We want to keep the down stairs window open for fresh air and this prevents rain from getting in. Also great for just keeping the window well free of all the leaves that fall.

I had to have someone install it - but it looks good and seems worth the price!

The directions are poor and mention hardware that didn't come with it but it still went together and is doing the job I wanted which was giving cover to my wife's planting bench. I put together myself but an extra hand is needed going up and would have be nice for assembly.Overall I am happy with this product.

My Handiman was going to build one and then I found this one. Simple and so much easier.
