Within 1.5 years, these window weatherstrip belts warped and distorted in the Florida sun. They stopped sealing against the glass and eventually began to come off, one disappearing while driving. Replaced with OEM equipment, should have invested in genuine Toyota parts in the first place.

Bought these in June 2022. Life got in the way and I didn't get a chance to put them on until 11/13/22. I pulled them out of the box and noticed they weren't nearly as heavy as the old ones. Started to install the first one and found that they bend very easily and the gripper part that holds them in place is higher up and so they don't clip onto the door as they are supposed to. I messed with the first one for over an hour and finally gave up, putting the old one back on. Don't waste your money on these as they are made of aluminum, not sheet metal like the OEM.

Purchased for a 2002 Ford Ranger, Drivers side went right on no issues, passanger side was like 1/8th of an inch too long, and before the nay sayers say I did in fact re tryultiple time to insure it was aligned properly and once I was sure it still doesn't fit and I know their fragile but applying even a small amount of pressure it warps out of shape it on but there is a noticeable spot where it looks scrunched to fit.

I figured I'd try these based on the reviews and I wanted to save some money. These replacements are very delicate and deform easily. Once I managed to get them in place they did not seat well, I took them off and put them back on about three times to get them to fit decently, they eventually popped a little out of place from the window going up and down.I ended up paying for the genuine OEM parts. What a difference. Parts popped and locked into place the first time. Perfect fit. I should have gone with genuine the first time. Lesson learned.

one of the pair came bent already and i had to shape it myself. Material is very thin compared to OEM, not strong enough to hold its shape with the small amount of force required to install. I was very careful but still bent under normal install pressure.
