PositivesI love this! It pretty much stays on my kitchen island. I have a wine bar but I love it so much stays right in the middle of my kitchen. It is pretty. I love pouring wine in it and shaking it in the decanter. I use alone spout aerator and the decanter. Way prettier in person than in pictures. The Iridescent look might hide a little red stain from the red wine, but it cleans up without much effort. I also love how smooth it pours into wine glasses.NegativesEverything else in this package is junk. It just falls apart. It would be better if this package came with the decanter and an aerator.I now drink way more wine than I used to…

This decanter is perfect. It is elegant but also unusual. I had iridescent glasses and this goes perfect, but it decanted the wine wonderfully and looks so graceful and pours wonderfully. No drips. Cleaning was really easy, especially with the beads that were included, that lets you clean the thin part without trouble. Perfect for red wine that needs to aerate.

Everything is fantastic, and if it was just the decanter, I'd rate it 5 stars. My only qualm is the cork opener. It's poor quality, and isn't a cork screw. So you're basically just piercing the cork to let air in, which i think is a little silly. If this came with a cork screw, I'd have given this 5 stars but you should probably buy a different one if you're looking for an end-all wine option.The decanter itself is marvelous. If you're buying it just for the decanter, do so.
