Perfect size to fit sticky notes and depth is just right with a good indentation to reach them as the stack gets lower and goes all the way down so will be easy to get a note to the very end.It has a hefty build and comes with small clear rubber bumpers for the corners and center to keep it from sliding around. Obscure clear that doesn't draw attention on the desk which is a nice difference to some of the wilder dispensers that can be bought. Good price for a good product
