6FT super mini barn door hardware kit for double doors ( cabinet not inlude )
Pre-purchase Information
Cabinet is not included, only the hardware kit is for sale.
You will need 3-1/2" clearance from the top of your door to the ceiling (or crown molding, if any) for this kit to fit correctly.
Fit for cabinet door panel thickness: 4/5" to 1-1/8".
This mini hardware kit can hold cabinet door weight 100lbs.
The gap between door and cabinet is 3/8" based on 1" thick door.
To help you choose the fit kit, we recommend the track length shoulde be twice of the door width at least, and you can also cut the track into any length to meet your need.
Safety-ensuring Measures
Hanger: Upgraded Nylon wheels, each with 2 life time lubricated bearing ensure slide smoothly and quietly. Test beyond 120,000 rolls.You can use it for a long time!
Door Stopper: Prevent your door from rolling off the rail, Anti-collision, the rubber caps ensure a quiet close
Anti-jump Pad: Prevent door be lifted off rail. Install them on the top of your door, the anti-jump pad and the roller can hold the rail once the door hit the stopper.
L and U Floor Guide
Two type floor guides are both included.
The floor guide can prevent the door from swing, allow you to open and close your door freely.
The two type floor guides can fit most grooved and ungrooved doors, suitble for cabinets have bottom trim and have no bottom trim.

What hardware is required if I want to install more doors?
You just need to buy an extra set of hangers and make sure they are the same as the hanger in barn door hardware set.

I built a custom cedar headboard for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. She has a country theme in her home, so I came up with the barn door design. The hardware worked out great! I didn’t need it to actually move, so I installed them fixed. I purchased the (4) roller for a double-door install. This barn door hardware is perfect for any small, rolling door application. The quality was excellent, with easy to understand instructions. It arrived in about three days. Would definitely buy them again.

these are easy to install and look great I actually needed one longe than 5' but shorter than 6' so I bought the 6' cut one end off & drilled a new hole. worked fine they look great

The quality and build fit the function and I think the price is very good. The installation requires some good planning. The holes for the guide bar are 16 on center. The bottom guide rail is about 1 1/2 inches. And there is some over head clearance needed as well as door depth considerations. So for a dog door in a confined area it worked but I needed to be very careful with the door size, where to mount the stops so the bottom guide was engaged at all times etc. Ideally I should have used an 18 inch wide door but it would have looked dumb given how short the door had to be. If you reduce from 18 inches then you can not use the full span of the rail without sliding past the bottom guide. If your mounting surface does not have something substantial at 16 on center you may need a trip to the hardware store. The good news is the lag bolts are fairly standard so alternate bolts with nuts etc can be used.

We used these for a walk in pantry. I didnt want to lose the wall space beside the cabinets so came up with design to use 2 barn doors across 3 openings. Little bit of a pain to set these up. But once we got it on the board to hang, it really does work well. We had hung 2 other full size barn door projects, so we had some experience. We did create a template door to check all the measurements before we used the "good wood" for the actual cabinet doors. Very happy with the look and they doors glide seamlessly.

Install is straightforward and the instructions are pretty good. I would say that the picture of where to put the washer when installing the mounts for the bar is probably incorrect as the doors tend to scrape by the screw/lag bolt with the washer there. If used it could definitely go behind the bar to avoid this. The bar itself had a bit of a bow to it in the middle and didnt seem very rugged but when secured it straightens out and is strong enough to hold the doors without flexing. I would have preferred the other style shown in the instructions where the 2 halves of the track meet since they do not join very securely in the style where there is the arrow shaped cutout for the other half to fit into. At the price I paid for the track it was great and a good value. It seems the price has gone up and now there are import fees to Canada which would make me reconsider if I were to need another

I had a custom island built and this tracking was perfect.It slides nicely and there are no issues with the tracking at all. The size is perfect.The tracking is used for mini sliding doors on the front of my island and it adds to the esthetics of the island. It makes it look very nice!

I was looking for a barn door slide hardware that was "small" in designfor a mini apartment/studio bathroom barn door / doorway.I also was limited by the low ceiling above the door jam in this applicationand could not use the normal large wheeled barndoor hardware available.This product worked great. See photo.I did have to modify a bit by adding small standoff blocks of wood at the wall and spray painted blackso it appears as part of the door sliding hardware. I believe because a typical door is probably "wider" than a typical TV door. The width of the door being a normal door width..I did read many of the reviews on this product before purchasing like "RV Trailer" owners doing similar thinghanging a door using this TV stand twin door hardware.I did not use the bottom of the door "guides" as I feel it's actually not necessary.. just installed the 4 wheels/hardware on top of door and that was all..works well. Thx for a great product.

Bought this product to place on an entertainment unit that me and my father built the product itself is a good quality and is as advertised comes with the long track bar which is easy to place together the pieces fit together one another and then a screw is placed to put the long piece in place comes with two small guides at the bottom of the unit to keep the track in place and the doors to slide through. Came in various colors however we chose the black one it's lasted now close to 4 years without any sorts of issues I just wish it had come with some sort of stopper at the bottom as well as the top. I've noticed over time that the rolling wheels that are attached to the door with only the stopper at the top over time it starts to make the screws that are holding the piece to the actual door itself start to kind of lean a little bit to the right all in all the products fantastic great value for the money easy to install with minimal knowledge. Would recommend
