Worked well. Good for the price as local hardware stores wanted $40 and didn’t even come with a handle.

The bristle brush is six inches which fit my chimney well. I don't have a regular fireplace, and I have a stove pipe. The rods are flexible and I attached the drill to it which I probable should have tried first by hand. The drill spun the brush around and a lot of the stuck on debris came raining down. I will have to say the pipe was really dirty. Also, I did not take the brush all the way up. I only pushed the brush up a few feet, only because so much debris was coming out I had a lot to clean up. So I'm taking this cleaning project in steps. Overall the brush worked great for what I needed.

As this is a 6" pipe cleaner, it would be good for smaller chimney / stove pipes. For my chimney this is way too small of a head (my fault for not knowing how large the opening is).Attached to the cleaner is a drill attachment bit. You will want to remove this so you can then start to attach the rods one by one & start to insert the cleaner head down or into your chimney / stove pipe. The fiberglass rods are fairly flexible so this should work well on a stove pipe with bends. If you decide to attach to a drill, make sure you are turning in the correct direction (and don't reverse) so you don't accidently unscrew the rods or head from the rods. The bristles seem descent to scrape the side walls clean with lots of motion.
