Flat black, gorgeous lamps. They have timer settings. They dimmer settings. Easy to install and operate. I love these little lights.

The design and build quality of this picture light is definitely better than others I've seen/reviewed. It's an entirely metal design, which does add some weight to it, but improves the look and feel of the light drastically compared to cheaper plastic ones. It also uses a diffuser to evenly illuminate the artwork and surrounding area, no hot spots at all! The package includes all the mounting hardware needed along with a USB-C charging cable. It comes fully assembled.Operating the light is done almost entirely from the remote. There is a switch at the base that will cut off power to the light (traveling, storage, etc...), but that also stops the remote from turning on the light until it's switched back on. The light stores the last setting (brightness / color) and will default to that once switched on. So the remote isn't needed if you have one setting you like. I tested the color and brightness options with a painting I recently finished (see pics). The 2700K, 4000K, and 5000K are a better color range, in my opinion, than going to the 6000K+ side. It's more natural soft lighting for artwork than the harsher blue tones of 6000K+.I inspected the electronics for this light and found the battery capacity is accurate to the listing, 2x 18650 cells (see pic). The remote, curiously, doesn't operate using Infrared, but through RF! The red LED on the remote is purely for the user to see it has power and transmits. This means it will work at any angle and doesn't need direct line of sight. It may draw more power though.Dimensions of the light measured:[1] light bar - 15.5in x 0.75in[2] base - 6in x 2in[3] distance from wall - 6inIt is on the more expensive side for picture lights, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for! A quality light that will last and a design that will fit in most settings.

This is a wireless decorative ambiance light perfect for creating an atmosphere around your artwork at home. The picture light is simple to set up with rechargeable battery power, no need to connect any power cord. The operation is very simple with remote control with multiple color mode to adjust for the optimal demonstration of the paint/picture with the ideal color tone. The battery lifetime is pretty long and simple to charge with USB adapter. A good option for picture demo lighting with occasional use.

This was one of the better picture lights that I've ordered from Amazon. It feels much better constructed than the other one that I have and the remote works a lot more consistently. It also has a nice flip switch on the side that I can use if I don't have the remote near by. Though, it does have to be on if you want to turn it on with the remote.It still does not feel like a high quality product, but that is to be expected at this price point. Solid 4/5

The picture light is great. It’s made of sturdy metal. It’s the perfect size to hang above a Standard frame. It offers dimmable illumination in three color temperatures from cool to warm white light. I love it that things like this exist now - gives you the ability to place a light anywhere in your home without having to wire it, and without a cord coming down from it. The light itself is beautiful, and easy to use when a charge is needed. The light is also nice and bright, and I love that it comes with a remote. A really nice way to upgrade your space and also highlight artwork in your home.
