I purchased these to fix some major thread pulls and snags from cat claws on a brand new $2000 upholstered bed. I was skeptical about how these would work, but I am still AMAZED at how perfectly these fixed the snags! These little needles saved me so much money! I thought I was going to have to buy another headboard since the snags were such an eyesore, but these needles tucked the fibers back into the threading perfectly. I am still blown away at how great these worked. My headboard looks perfect! You can’t go wrong with these—simply poke them into the area you need addressed, and voila!Also, the texture of the headboard I used these on is a thick, linen-like weave, and I had no issues with the needles breaking.

We got new sofas, and one of our five cats decided it's fun to dig in her claws. Within a day the upholstery was covered with snags. I got some claw caps for the cat, which stopped further snagging, but didn't know how to fix what had already been done. Then Google led me to a video that uses needles like these. The needles came today, and they work wonderfully! Our sofas will soon be back to looking like new.

I am very satisfied with this 4-pack of 38 gauge star felting needles. I used it to felt 100% acrylic wool from a Japanese felting kit. You can see the barbs on the sharp end. It felted the wool quickly with just a few stabs. The needles felt very sturdy. I only used one needle when I was felting, but if you had a larger project you can easily felt faster holding 2-3 needles. This product comes with plastic sleeves to store the needles safely.This is a good, mid-sized gauge for needle felting. With this 38-star I was able to 1) felt shapes 2) add details and 3) create a smooth-ish finish. I say smooth-ish because some of my creations had visible tiny holes on the surface after felting, but they can be easily rubbed away. If I was super hardcore into the hobby I would probably buy a 40 gauge or triangle needle for even finer details/smoother finishing IN ADDITION to this product, but if you buy JUST THIS PRODUCT you can easily make awesome felted creations with no problems.

Bought these on the recommendation to use these to repair snags or pulls in your furniture from your beloved cat posse.They are extremely sharp and there are two sizes in the pack. Probably not intended for what I used them for, but they are extremely sharp and did the job.

These are absolutely perfect for poking back in those cat snags that happen on furniture. Our cat doesn’t really sharpen her claws on our furniture but when she stretches on them her claws tend to snag our fabrics. This needle is absolutely amazing for pushing the snags back down. Our $2000 bed frame is no longer ruined! Life saver for sure!

I don’t know if all felting needles are like this since this was my first set. Good thing there are 4 in the set because they get dull pretty fast. Then they break. The tip breaks off. IAs long as you’re good with these issues going into this, you’ll be good.

I used these to fix the snares in an upholstered chair. I used two together and it worked like a charm. But, they do bend easy.

I actually use these needles on my microfiber couch. I have two cats with claws. Sometimes they rip-race across it, or try and use it as a scratching post and threads are pulled out. I use these needles to push them back in - - looks brand new. Thanks for your product!
