These stirring sticks are exactually as described. Worked great for my project. There were some reviews describing rough wood and splinters. Mine had none of those issues. Nice and smooth. They have been out of the sealed package for some time, and I have had no warping or twisting. I would buy again and recommend.

Very sturdy wood, feels like good quality as well. Pretty thick, not flimsy at all. None of the sticks I received were warped and they were all in good shape. Using them to mix paint, and for craft projects.
