Got this for the Scot in the family who refused to wear a Santa hat on Christmas Eve. It looked good and adjusted some for size, but wouldn't have been warm outside. Great looking at right for the price.

I purchased this hat in hopes it would be here in time for a St. Patrick’s Day festival I was attending. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive on time so I had to go without it. (Extra long shipping time). I will say it fits nicely and has adjustable snaps in the back for larger or smaller heads. Definitely a good purchase if you can afford to wait for it!
