I bought Small, I’m 5 ft, 36 weeks pregnant and it fits like a charm. Plan to take to hospital and wear postpartum as it’s very functional for breastfeeding and/or pumping. Would buy again.

Super soft, well made. Very comfy. Runs big. Ordered my daughter-in-law the xlg and had to return for a large. She really could have used a medium but I did t have time to return before the baby came. Really a nice gown, just size down.

It's listed as a nightgown, but my daughter wears it as a dress. She's in her second trimester and works from home. The material is so soft. My daughter was so happy with the material she said, "Mom, you have to try it on!" I did and was equally impressed. I wish my clothes felt as soft and comfortable as this dress! It's quick and easy to get in and out of. I told her that it's listed as a "Labor and Delivery Gown." She now plans on packing it, when the time gets close, in her to-go bag for the hospital. Until then she'll get a lot of wear out of it.

This is very soft and silky, as one would expect with Bamboo, but the fit is odd.It is very large at the top - gapes open, very large in the bust, despite following the size chart (and perhaps going with a size smaller than actual bust measurement). Has a band right under the bust that provides zero bust support but that somehow pulls on the bodice and causes it to hang awkwardly.All of that and the main "skirt" of the nightgown, is rather fitted for being a maternity nightgown.I wanted to love this but it is just an odd fit. If your upper body is really broad, this might work for you, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this.
