Great product, but needs to be made of better materials for heavy use (hockey games). The clapper is massive and dents the bell from the inside. The clapper hanger wire will break eventually and the clapper ball will go flying....hope it doesn't hit someone. I replaced the clapper ball loop and clapper hanger wire with 1/8 steel rod by welding it in. Also had to weld the bell housing frame on one. BUT...... THUNDEROUS NOISE!

I am known for my bell ringing at football and baseball games in my town, and I used to have a small Minnesota Twins bell which was fairly loud, but I lost it. SO, when I was ordering a new one, I thought, "I might as well go big!" And this thing is LOUD, LOUD, LOUD! I love it! It's heavy, well-made, and just awesome (and a great value for the money)!I took it with me to an away football game and there was a person from the opposing team who had a dinky, little bell, and I'm like, "you think that's a bell? Hear this!" The boys on the team can hear it on the field and my son told me that they count on hearing it when something good happens (i.e. a touch down or a long run or a sack). I can't use it too much because I don't want to be obnoxious, but between my yelling and my cowbell, people just know that if they don't like loud, they better not sit by me!I couldn't be happier with this purchase!!
