The cable is the best part...It is a flat cable (not round) and double in length compared to the cable that came with the camera. I plugged in my camera to support the 24/7 recording for 60 days and it works fine.

These are great for 24/7 recording on my Nest cameras. I installed an outlet near where I have them positioned and the previous cables I had were too long. These were just right and I've had no issues with them. I will say that you should probably find some kind of rubber gasket or other weatherproof enclosure for where they plug in if you are going to have them outside. Mine worked fine without them, but felt like they would eventually end up rusting or shorting over time.
