It is a very reasonable priced heavy duty crate for my Belgium Malinois. It was easy for this 73 year old lady to assemble. I just couldn't carry it. It does take up a lot of room but it is where our girl should be beside the couch. It has a removable tray to clean up any messes. It has a grate on the bottom so you have to cover it with a blanket. Her bed fits inside. Great crate for a good girl.

This is like the federal prison of dog crates. Not a dinky little county jail cell, but the real deal. This is the Leavenworth of dog crates. No one can escape, unless an egregious error is made on the part of the guards. (My kids have left the top latch open, that’s the only time the escape artist made a break for it) anyway- serious dog crate for serious offenders. (I know nothing about the jail system and had to look up a prison name to write this, so don’t judge. But for real- this dog crate means business)

This kennel is heavy duty! We have a 1 year old Akita which weighs roughly 90 pounds. She has PLENTY of room inside. The only feature I would suggest changing would be the metal grate in the bottom for dogs that are already potty trained. I feel there should be a solid base option for older dogs. I wrapped it with a thick beach towel and added her blankets on top. I'm sure most pet guardians would use a dog bed inside, but our girl is still in the "if I can chew it up and destroy it... I will" stage. I have no doubt she will be able to use this her entire life. The wheels on the bottom are a bonus and roll well on our carpet. Great price too!

Bought this to contain my pup while I'm at work so he would stop destroying my house. Ended up using is for my husband's female dog after she gave birth. Definitely doesn't keep pups inside until they are about 8weeks old and depending on if they are going to be medium to large size dogs. I love that the top opens for easy access on feeding and watering. Keeps mom from having to fight off any other dogs to stay away from her babies. I definitely need a couple more for my other two dogs because momma and her babies have definitely taken claim to this one lol

It’s started to rust out of the box, and feels a little flimsy when put together I had to use zip ties. Definitely not as strong as advertised

I had to get this for my 70 lb lab who just couldn't get over freedom roaming the house while nobody is home. It is a great size for her and I do not worry about her breaking out which has not been the case with other crates in the past.

I wish we would have bought this kennel years ago. Our 9 year old lab-weimarner mix cannot break out. This dog has broken through every type of basic metal crate or plastic crate kennel. He has eaten through metal, sheet rock, and carpet tack board when breaking out. He apparently has a stomach of steel. The metal bars on this kennel are too strong for him to bend or break with his mouth. We do use metal carabiners along the door just to be extra cautious but it's holding him in there and keeping him safe. I don't love the bottom because he can push the metal tray out. We also can't put a bed in there because he would rip it. So, we put a metal piece to block the tray from sliding out. Otherwise, I highly recommend trying this kennel if you have a large breed dog that is always breaking out.

The construction materials are pretty good. Assembly is easy, and pretty quick. However, the holes for assembly are misaligned, so that the cage ends up slightly crooked, which causes the top door to stick. The floor grate is all metal and rests on metal, which is noisy. This issue can be easily solved by buying some cheap rubber hose from the auto parts store, slitting down one side of the hose, and placing over the two sides of the grate. Box was undamaged, but one of the cage pipes on the front side is damaged/bent.
