Came vacuum sealed but as soon as we opened it, it fluffed right up like advertised. Color is exact! 5 layers, makes for very nice and puffy, rule fabric, elastic waist band allowing to stretch, great for my daughters glow dance at school.

Got this for my daughter's Homecoming dress and it was exactly what the dress needed to poof it out and keep it from falling flat. It was a little pricier than I wanted to pay, but overall it was worth it. And the innermost part was not the itchy tulle, it was like satin so it was soft against her skin instead of itchy. Definitely get this!

The tutu is great but it came vacuum packed and had the worst smell ever!! We had to air it out- outside for days before it was able to be worn for a halloween costume!
