Great Victorian (and goth!) style. Well made, spot on fit. Very comfortable, even to someone who never wears any kind of heels. I bought these as part of a costume, but they will absolutely be incorporated into my everyday wear. Extremely versatile-they could go with so many different looks. And quite affordable. The only small downside for me is that they are a little large around the top of the boot opening (around the low shin). But I suppose that has more to do with me being on the rather thin side than the boots themselves. Overall-fantastic!

UPDATE: i wore the cream ones at a Victorian Dickens event that required walking on DG paths, damp grass and soil. I was in them four at least six hours total and my feet never hurt. They held up well to candidations and wiped clean. Great purchase.I actually can't believe how nice these boots are for the money. They look like leather but nothing had to die for them. They are SO comfortable, the foot bed is padded. I bought them for Victorian outfits and liked them so much I immediately bought in black and cream. Just as nice. I am a WIDE width 8 (not extra wide) and upsized to a 8.5 and they fit perfect. No issue with pinching the sides of my feet, and my planter fasciitis insole fits very well. I am wearing them this weekend so will update if any issues. Also packaged very well with shoe sleeves, inserts. Quality experience all the way around. Appreciate no zippers so keeps historic but I'll probably wear these all the time.

I was sick of seeing my goth step daughter in the same old heeled doc martens so I decided to throw them in the gutter where they belonged and give her a pair of gorgeous Victorian boots. She loves them! They are very comfortable and go very well with her long skirts and corsets that she wears. I'm not too happy about the whole goth thing, I thought it would have died out by the twelve year mark. but hey at least she isn't doing worse things. She keeps looking for her docs though, I don't have the heart to tell her.TLDRWell made, sturdy, the heels don't hurt if you are an experienced boot wearer. And they pair well with skirts and corsets.

Adorably, comfortable shoes, bit of a loose fit though. Doesn't snug up against the ankle.

Because these reproduction boots are made of something gross like polyurethane, they were not at all comfortable when I tried them on. They don't conform to your feet as you wear them; your feet have to conform to them. Nope!!!One of the grommets used to lace the boot up wasn't installed correctly. If you buy these, you might want to be sure to really check them over carefully before you wear them out to make sure they are properly constructed.The color was beautiful, a rich camel as was the shape and design but the bottom line for me was they were constructed of man-made materials which means my feet could not breathe and they probably would have worn my feet in ways that would not have been good long-term so I returned them.On Etsy I found a vendor that will make find leather boots to fit my measurements at a very reasonable price. That's what I decided to pursue because these boots will last a long time and they will not hurt my feet.

I love them! I am 70 and gave up heels a long time ago so I was a little worried about the heel. It's low enough that it doesn't feel like a heel. So, no problem there! Also, I used to be a size 8 all my younger life, then an 8 wide, then an 8.5 and finally a 9 for the last 5 years. I ordered an 8.5 and they fit perfectly!

Super cute and very comfortable!! Only thing is that with the laces it's less "practical" to put on or take off. But I 100% recommand it!
