I recently bought a Brother embroidery machine. I'm a beginner at embroidery. I used the bobbin thread that came with the machine. I was having so many problems getting my designs to embroider properly. I got frustrated and ordered this bobbin thread instead. I am SO glad I did! I have had no issues with my sewing since then!! I can't believe how amazing this thread is! My bobbin thread hasn't broken yet, where the other thread broke everytime.

I would encourage any using this thread to watch the You Tube video on Wonderfil Threads (they have a channel). It will suggest needle sizes, tension and thread pairing setups.For my project, I used this Decobob in top and bottom to quilt a baby quilt as well as put on the binding. I use Microtex needles. I had to adjust top and bottom tension slightly on my machine. Once property adjusted it performed flawlessly. No breakage and the stitch is finely executed. It is a very fine, very strong thread.I'm lazy and I machine bind. This thread provides a very fine stitch that offers security and does not call attention to itself. I plan to piece using this thread. I will also note that there were no ill effects from a hot iron.I normally use Aurofil, but I will very much enjoy using and reordering this thread. I could not be more pleased.Some were surprised by the size of the spool. Because it is 8o wt v. 50 it will be smaller due to finer thread. Always check the length (and make conversions as necessary) to compare to other thread.

Good quality and strong thread for serger, coverstitch and sewing machines. Makes nice even seam and don't breaks easily. Also beautiful for thin fabrics.

Product description says the spool should contain 6500 yards of thread. The spool sent only has 2000m which is 2200 yards, only 1/3 of size it was suppose to be!

I recently made my first quiltI wanted a thread that didn't show much so I bought this. I was so impressed that even with three layers of fabric and batting it didn't bunch or breakIt comes in a large spool that didn't fit my home machine but I found a You Tube video on how to transfer it to a regular spool. Good product

This thread has capacity to disappear when used for top stitching an applique or free motion sewing. It has very little lint and allows your quilt to show off the areas you want noticed without having thread showing.
