Being from a colder climate, we have used towel warmers for years, both free standing and wall mounted. I was skeptical of this one due to the price, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Relatively heavy compared to some, it was still very easy to mount with the included template. One of the issues with a wall mounted warmer, especially if you like large fluffy towels, is stuffing the back side of the towel down between the warmer and the wall. This warmer avoids that problem by being open at one end- love it!! Lastly, this warmer operates on a timer if you prefer, but it also has an always on setting which keeps your bathroom a little warmer in the winter. Super product for the money.

I've come across some bad English translation instructions, but these are the worst. Just stick to the pictures and the included template and you'll be fine. Also, if you're lucky enough to have access to a wall stud for the install then it'll go pretty quick; otherwise the drywall anchors included are basically useless. Ended up mounting with 4 toggle anchors.

Wondersky wall mounted towel warmer works great and is super easy to install.... heats towels quickly and offers great range.....far reaching remote controls all heat and timing features of the warmer......9 bar rack adds alot of style and character to my bathroom.....totally worth the asking price

Got one with another brand, didn't get the towel warmed. I return it.Then I read the reviews of this item, I gave it a try. Bingo!! I found the right one. It's warm and cozy with a nice and warm towel after a shower.
