The set is good quality, good to start with.. the needles are basically good quality. they can break, but i think most will break if you not careful. overall, pleased

This is a great felting pad and well worth the money! It is sturdy and large enough to work comfortably on. The needle holder tool was a nice addition as well, and my goto multi needle tool despite owning several others.

I was skeptical as I didn't know anyone who had used a felt-covered foam pad for felting. This is great! The felt pad holds the item being felted. It makes it easier and safer to felt on this pad. It's smaller than I expected (9 1/2 inches around; 8 inches of felting surface) but that doesn't hinder its usefulness. It's really a helpful tool! Love it.

The pad works fine for SMALL projects. BUT, the enclosed needle handle is useless. Once you bend or break a needle, you cannot get it apart to change the needles. Total waste of time and effort. It seems the needle gage is a 40 or even a 42, and they are fragile, broke easily with very short time of use. Without being able to pull it apart to replace the needle, the whole thing is useless. Right in the trash...

this felting pad is great. the needle was okay, and one of the needles broke in the first 5 minutes… but that could have been me. the felt bad though is fabulous

I have been using the pad and find it quite good, but keep rotating it as you use it, as it can get a dip in one spot. I think the pink cloth is for wiping the needles before you use them. Its not a bad kit.
