Love the box! It's just what I was looking for to house tooth powder on my bathroom sink.Unfortunately one day, when I went to swivel the top, the whole body of the box along with the swivel moved, leaving the base and a pile of tooth powder exposed on my sink.I would think whatever adhesive was used should last longer than 8 months.

Top is on so tight I can't slide it open so now I have a pretty little useless box. I think I'll put it on my coffee table to let my guest try to open it.

Box has splintering at the top where it spins, and screwed in super tight, only making the splintered area even more likely to cause injury. What a waste!

It is fairly well finished except for the exposed screw holding the lid. I had previously purchased one from a different supplier an the screw was hidden with a wooden plug that matched the lid.. .making it much nicer in appearance.
