Design: 10/10Production quality: 1/10On the first unit, the front metal panel was too wide and one of the screw holes was punched so close to the edge it was nearly cut through, and wasn't far enough in on the wood to try drilling a new hole. The bottom rack was also too wide. I went through Amazon for a replacement, hoping for better luck.One the second unit, the front metal panel is still too wide, but the screw holes are close enough in its possible to try drilling into the wood to make it work. However, the bottom metal rack is also too wide, and twisted up about a quarter inch. There is just no way to make this work while they're manufacturing the metal 1/4" too large for the frame , which is so frustrating as it's easily the best designed option available.

Poorly made. The screw holes on the metal pieces were not aligned with the screw holes on the wood. For the front grate panel, I had to put a screw through the lattice rather than the nearby, poorly made hole that was meant for the screw. For the metal track on the bottom, I had to squeeze the track lengthwise to align the screw holes on the metal with the screw holes on the wood. So, I was squeezing it while trying to screw in the screw. Also, the images for the screws in the instruction manual did not look like the actual screws.
