after this was fully assembled (and used for a few weeks), one of the wheels fully came off when I put this in my son's playpen. I can only imagine what would have happened if he had picked up the small pieces of metal hardware and put them in his mouth (and he's 10 months old, so everything goes in his mouth). On top of it, because of the design of the base and lack of weight at the bottom, if he tried to pull himself up using it (which again, is totally normal developmentally at this age), the whole thing would tip over and he'd land on his back with the walker on top of him.

It needs simple assembling, and the wood are smooth and nice. I give it as a gift to my nephew, he like it very much

Unfortunately, I received what looks like a used or damaged item with several chips and marks on the wood.
