This is stunning... and also extremely difficult to stain. Don't ask me how I know. Okay I'll tell you. I wanted it bombay red for my classroom and now it is - but wow was that a lot of work! You have to take such care to get in each of those zillion holes to make it look good. Lots of work.But overall it's easy to put together - it only took maybe 15 minutes or so? Somebody - not to name any names but it may have been me - put it on the wrong way at first and had to redo it. *cough*So once that little drama was done (obviously I had stained it prior to putting it together), it went together easily and it looks gorgeous. At the current price of just under $21, I would buy this again and again if need be. LOVE it. This goes on my art table in my classroom and I'm glad I went through the hardship of staining it (personally). Not entirely sure I would recommend doing so, though. It's a lot. But for this item? HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend it!

This has enough slots and well are perfect for keeping beside me on a busy creative day. I like being able to organize the brushes into something compact. It is sometimes hard to work on freeing my mind if it is busy trying to remember wher I left the fan brush. If you spend ten minutes looking for a clean palette knife it can definitely take the fun out of creating. I keep everything within easy reach and the brush cleaning feature is priceless. I don't have to go into the kitchen every time I want to change from watercolor to acrylilc. This is a very useful caddy. I only keep one star because it was a bit diffictult to put it totgether but that could be completely to user error.

A simple, bare marker/pencil/pen/paint brush holder. The wood was raw, there is no finish to it. The instructions were clear enough to get it. The materials themselves are a bit lacking. Two screws stripped the holes so they spin. A lot of the holes did not line up correctly. I got it together which is what counts. I'll use it to hold my watercolor brushes, but nothing else. The organization is fine, the cup included is nice. There is just something lacking on this item for me. It works though, just not my thing. I personally don't think this is worth the money.

This is super helpful storage for any artist. I use a lot of brushes all at once when I paint because oils take a long time to dry, so I use other colors in the meantime. I can easily see all my brushes at once to choose the right brush for what I want to paint. Overall it's good. There's plenty of holes to keep your brushes. The holes for the brushes are bigger toward the middle, not in the back where it's more convenient. The bigger handles generally have wider stems and block the thinner shorter bushes.Putting it together was easy, the holes didn't all line up, and some screws went in on an angle pushing wood out of other places, but it ended up ok in the end. I put bigger brushes in the center cup, because Painter's normally have their own brush wash. It's a nice brush stand for the price.

I have a number of brush holders and organizers, but this is the only one I have that gives me a place to store the wet brushes I'm using horizontally. Having those brushes right in the front within easy reach and horizontal so the paint doesn't run down the handle is much more organic for me.It's also a very nice-looking rack with room for lots of brushes, pencils, and/or small markers. There's a place for a rinsing cup (the cup is even included!) that I use for larger markers or extra brushes since I have a brush washer. I may pick up a few more of these for my friends who paint.

This paint brush holder is so perfect and is a great addition to any painter, whether for your kids or an adult. It was very easy to put together and works great.

This is a useful item for holding paint brushes, pencils etc. It is light weight and not the fanciest organizer, but it is sturdy once put together and I hot glued it. Because it isn't fancy, the price is a little higher than I would have guessed, but the best part for me is that I won't care if I mess this up. In other words, I have some art room supplies I am careful with, but this can I can get paint on and maybe actually improve the look of the brush holder overtime with use. I mean, it works well, just looks cheap, so function over aesthetics this time.
