Perfect and beautiful creation.The model playpen that I received was slightly different from what they have posted on Amazon. The original model comes with a panel that has spinning abacus, the new model has shapes that slide from side-side. I really wanted the spinning abacus so I contacted the company through Amazon, honestly I was not expecting much as it is now with many companies. Zety (company) reached out immediately offering me a new panel with the spinning abacus at no extra charge and free shipping! Tyler from Zety rocks!One of the best features is how easy it is to assemble and zero tools but your hands are needed to put this beautiful playpen together.This thing is huge, beautiful and amazing! Not only does it beat its functionality but aesthetically it looks amazing in our home!Did I tell you that I myself have been spending lots of time in there as well! 😂💯% recommend to the whole world! Will purchase again from Zety.

We love this playpen! The quality is great, the size is perfect for the baby! she has lots of room to crawl around and I really love the built in toys. So brilliant.We did notice immediately upon opening there was an issue with one of the toy panels. I wrote the company and within just a few hours customer service got back to me and assured me they’d fix the problem quickly. They resolved the issue by sending a new panel overnight! I’ve never had such great customer service.Only call out we have- pay attention to the instructions. I ignored one section that was super important and it took a few to fix. Once we had it together though it’s perfect. Well worth the money. Love that it folds up when not in use and light weight. Definitely recommend this one and this company!

Like :- activity Center is so much fun.- looks beautiful, nice wood and pastel colors.- size is great (we bought the 10 panels one).- foldable, sturdy- value for moneyDislike:- hard to install, you need to have some tools to put things to place.- need two people- assembly instructions are inconsistent across the manual.- the bottom connector assembly image is wrong.I was worried all along during assembly if we have to send it back because every step of the way there’s some difficulty but if you have some experience on how to get around some complexities you should be good. I just wish it was easier to install. It took almost two and half hours.

Update: the company reached out and definitely made the situation right! The person we spoke to reached out and was super friendly and supportive! Honestly is so refreshing to see that there are still companies like this one that care about their customers! They were quick to make things right and help! They sent out a replacement panel pre built so all I had to do was switch it out for the broken one! It was seamless and now the playpen is perfectly complete! It’s so beautiful and my baby loves all of the activity panel options! It keeps her busy longer than other toys and keeps her safe too! Honestly this play pen checks all the boxes of what I was looking for and more! I couldn’t recommend it more!The play pen is very beautiful and the only one of its kind that I’ve seen on Amazon. The only problem I had was that the one panel with the roller toys came with broken pegs. I had to Jerry rig it with glue to build the one panel the best I could. I’m honestly disappointed because now it’s bowed and not straight. It’s just it took hours to build and I don’t want to have to send the whole play pen back (because the rest of the play pen is fine) just for one panel. I’d love to hear back from the company and see if there is a way to replace just the one panel or I might have to unfortunately send it back. I’d be super bummed if I had to do that since again it’s such a beautiful playpen.

I bought this for my 11 month old for Christmas after seeing videos on TikTok. I was so excited to receive it and it turned out to be total junk. It is impossible to build and impossible to shape/fold. Part of it also came broken. When I reached out about the broken part, I got 0 response. The only place Amazon would let me return to was the actual UPS store who made me pay an extra $10 because they didn’t like the way the gate fit in the box. Save yourself the trouble.

I was looking for a quality play pen, and got this one because it is wood. I was looking for something that was sturdy wood but not ugly. I also liked the toys on the side. When I got this I initially liked it but the door broke within a few days. It’s also not easy to fold and put away. You must use an Allen wrench and undo one of the panels to be able to fold it away. That is also not what I was looking for. I had high hopes for this product but was disappointment
