The device is as I expected, sturdy and did what I intended. I used it to attach my Shop Vac to my table saw. The shop vac just did not move enough air, so the saw still got stopped up. Not the fault of the device, mind you, just used it to adapt an unsuitable device. I finally got a full shop dust collection system and don't use this anymore, but it sorta worked for a bit.

This was a nice purchase but only gave 4 stars as the fit was a little loose in the dust port on my Skilsaw portable table saw. Partially due to how heavy the 4†Rockler DustRight handle is. Still, it generally stays attached okay and does a fine job of extracting the below the table sawdust.

It is a fine product but it doesn't fit. One of the reviewers (not the company) listed the dimensions wrong. It is 4" outside diameter to 2-1/4 inside diameter. THose are exactly the outside diameters of my Ridgid joiner and my Ridgid vacuum. Amazon needs to pull that reviewer's dimensions.

I'm not sure what this would work on. Tried to use it for my Rikon band saw. It's the same size as the exhaust port. Had to duck tape it on as well as duct tape my shop vac hose to it. That's the same size as well.

adapts a 2.5" shopvac hose to my dust collector. Does NOT fit into 2.5" dust ports on toolswell built with thick plastic. feels sturdy

Some my machines have 4 in collector outlet so needed something. I gave 4 stars as I think it should have inside venturi shape and not sharp edged for flow smoother.
