I have two other Woodstock wind chimes that I enjoy, but wanted something a little different. I had these more subtle, lower-toned chimes on my wish list for a long time and finally bought them (both the 40 inch and 24 inch). At first I must confess that I was disappointed because even in a heavy breeze they would not chime very much. However, after a few weeks they were both chiming regularly in only a moderate breeze. Oddly, these seem to have a “breaking in†period. Also note that they are very subtle, and you may want to use these to supplement some louder and more traditional chimes around your yard. Overall, I am now happy with my new Heroic Windbell wind chimes and recommend them.

This is exactly what I was looking for in the sound. A very nice deep tone. Very well built and heavy, not cheap clinking sounds. It does take a pretty good breeze to get to move but no issues that I have found. Highly recommend

Exactly the beautiful, deep, soothing sound we were looking for months. Note, it needs a good, strong wind to give off sound, since it's quite heavy,. This chime arrived faster than expected as well.Love, this chime and highly recommend.
