i am glad I purchased these brackets to extend my pergola design and make it longer. The brackets are sturdy and the wood beams fit easily into the ends. We had several days of rain and so far no rust is visible on the brackets.

Used these as a cheaper alternative to "brand name" brackets. I'm not under any impression that these are, in the grand scheme of things, just as high quality - but for the price they seem to be quite well made, include all the parts you need, and worked for the plans I had. We now have a nice 24x14 patio cover with the rafters I added to support some twinwall polycarbonate panels (clear). The long-term durability remains to be seen, but as of right now I have no concerns and would think they'll last for years...
