About this item

  • ENHANCED KNEE PROTECTION: The NEEBOWS Knee Pad Set is suitable for everyday cycling and roller sports. The pads not only enhance rider safety for your child but also boost their confidence as new/beginner riders and skaters. Soft and flexible, they compress upon impact to cushion falls effectively. These knee-saving pads protect little knees upon impact while maintaining a full range of motion.
  • IMPACT RESISTANCE & DURABILITY: Featuring an abrasion-resistant layer over crash pads and 100% PU padding, this robust cycling gear accessory is highly durable, and designed to withstand impacts and prevent scratches, scrapes, and bruises.
  • UNIVERSAL DESIGN: Our pads comfortably fit your child's knees perfectly and they're super easy to put on and take off. Their unique universal design means that your child can wear either pad on their left or right knee, which makes mixing up the pads a thing of the past.
  • COMFORTABLE MATERIAL: Ultralight, stretchy, and flexible material ensures children's knees are free to move with a full range of motion, but they harden immediately on impact, cushioning the blow and protecting your child's precious knees. We've constructed our pad's outer material from 70% polyester, 10% spandex, and 20% nylon. Our pads provide increased breathability and ensure proper air circulation for increased comfort even on longer bike riding adventures.
  • ANTI-SLIP INSERTS: Silicone strips on the top and bottom of the cuffs and silicone print along the inside secure the pads for a stay-put fit even when your child is riding over bumpy terrain.

The actual knee pad is HUGE. These use the method quantity over quality. I bought these for snowboarding however they are too big and bulky. I now use them around the house for cleaning my shower, and light cosmetic repairs and cleaning on my floors or lower walls. I wouldn’t recommend these for extensive labor like medium to heavy construction or sports as they may be a little too big, meaning your mobility will be slightly limited or they may get in the way in tight spaces. But they are cheap and you can definitely get your moneys worth. They are about as comfortable as my expensive snowboard pads.

These have worked out fantastic. We wanted something that would protect Knees and Elbows but wouldn't limit our 2 year olds mobility as he learns to ride his bike. These have been fantastic.

These are pretty tight, which means they stay out but they are difficult to put on. The pads themselves offer good protection and seems like they'll work well.

(This is the same review for both the elbows and the knees as we got the set and the same pros and cons apply to both).Caveat, it’s not small for our baby bc he should be size s and we got m sets, however…We measured our baby according to woom’s sizing guide on their website, his arm should be S and his legs should actually be pretty close to M (though still S).We had him try both the elbows and knees and while they’re both a little big on him now, the rate at which he grows he’ll be perfect for size M in a few months. (See the photo, they fit pretty well over his clothes so in a few months they will be perfect for him under his clothes)Not a problem for very little babies, but it might be a concern that size L might not fit a 5 or 6 year old. Those are the only real gripes I have about it, getting them from Amazon is actually a great place bc at least the returns and shipping are super fast and taken care of by Amazon. Getting it direct from woom might be a big hassle. The other gripe is that these things ARE very expensive knee and elbow pads, you get both the elbows and knees and it will set you back $80, even with the $25 coupon from buying a bike it’ll set you back over $50 for a set of pads and the bike itself is well over $200.However… these, like the bike, are kind of worth it. They’re very light weight, super thin and breathable for the sleeves, thick, pliable but firm at the same time pads, and the silicone bands and cross along the pads do wonders to keep them in place. For a little baby just learning to walk let alone bike, comfort is so important to them, and these are truly the most comfortable baby pads around. If budget is not your concern, it would be best to test size in a brick and mortar store but if not, Amazon is a great alternative.Would definitely recommend getting these here rather than from the woom site, get the bike from the woom site, but get these pads from here.If budget IS a concern, then the simply kids v1 set (don’t get v2 they have shin guards that will interfere for little babies) significantly cheaper and also easier to size bc they’re adjustable.Overall. Woom makes the best baby bike products. But they do come at a cost, so be aware of that when you weigh your pros and cons.

Great protection for the littles. I got a large (she’s 5 and very petite) but I wanted them to last her a little longer so hoping they fit a while. Color is just as pictured. The padding feels very firm, but soft at the same time.

The pads themselves are dense and sturdy and provide excellent knee protection. These pads are sold to fit 6–12-year-olds as a one size fits all. My grandson who is 11 is able to put these on, but they are quite tight, so I don't think he will be wearing them often. These would probably better fit a child of 6-9 years of age.

Some of our friends exclusively have used woom bikes for their kids, so my family is familiar with the name and quality of the brand. I wasn’t aware that woom also makes protective gear, but I trust the company, so I wanted to order the knee pads as a replacement for the different branded pair my son is growing out of.These woom “Neebows” knee pads are comfortable to wear because the material is breathable, lightweight, and very stretchy. The material holding the pads up is 10% spandex, so they aren’t tight and don’t dig in. The pads have a red silicone band that helps hold them in place. Instructions are to turn the inner material over while pulling them on so the silicone doesn’t drag on the skin, then once the pads are in the right spot, turn the bands back down to face the skin. The actual knee padding is very sturdy polyurethane. It is also lightweight but comfy.I like that these knee pads can be worn on either knee so my son can just pull them on and go without having to think about which side each is.Overall, I think that these knee pads are high quality and are actually something that will be worn since they’re comfortable. I feel that they’re a good value given the quality, and I would order these in a larger size for cycling or skating.
