This is a small and powerful unit. It's not too loud and it fits a small bathroom very well. I wired it for the 240 volt configuration. Very smooth operation and its got a durable finish.

I purchased (4) of these units. Easy installation. All operated perfectly. One unit began to fail after 40 days. Couldn't find any information about warranty replacement. Amazon did allow me to return the unit, but with only 80% of original price. I appreciate the service from Amazon, but I'm still a little confused as to how I can get warranty work or replacement. Says it has a 5-year warranty but no info on how to get warranty service. I'll be needing (6) more units. Probably won't buy these again through Amazon.

I needed two hand dryers for a job I was doing. I have never done an installation of hand dryers before and didn't know much about them, but after receiving these I know I made the right choice. They are reasonable priced and work great. They also came packaged very well which is a plus.

This dryer does not dry your hands. It just does not supply enough heat. Will be replacing it for one that generates enough heat to dry your hands well. Very disappointed in this product.
