We didn't think we needed one at first but this really does help reduce drag and provide a better experience for the kids and reduce wear and tear on the tube.

This is a great product to keep the stinging water spray out of the tube riders eyes. With the three lengths of rope they included you can adjust the ball & boat and the ball & tube until it is just right for your boat. Great product!

Our rope kept dragging in the water, preventing us from being able to give our 7-year-old the ride she kept wanting -- to go over the wake multiple times. A little pricey but it gets the job done.

The rope has a tied knot on one of the ends that is not supposed to come undone. It did after the first use.

Gives us piece of mind on crowded lakes! Keeps Jet Skis at bay from inadvertently jumping the boat wake while towing. Kids appreciate not getting sprayed in the eyes from the tow rope. Nice product.

bought in june and used twice. On the second use the red line started to show signs of breakage of line. It was past the date to return so I contacted the manufacturer. I gave them all my information for warranty. They then said that they don't ship warranty parts to Hawaii. Only ship to 48 states. I just told them that I need only 1 section replaced. Why would they let thier product be sold to Hawaii if they can't warranty any products because they don't ship Hawaii. Just makes no sense. Amazon helped me by allowing a return. Then I ordered a new one. I will not purchase from WOW ever because they can't warranty thier products in Hawaii. Horrible customer service.

We have a towable tube that the kids complained about riding. The water is like BB's in the face. This lifted the line up enough to help with that.
