This was a perfect replacement for the LED light module in my Honeywell Xerxes ceiling fan. The fan originally came with a "yellow" 2700k light that didn't light up my bedroom, nor did it match the white light of my updated LED recessed cans. I saw some other replacement modules that change light color by using the remote control. I thought that would be a hassle considering the light changed whenever there was a power failure or if you didn't time the remote control process correctly. I prefer the intense white light as it improves the vision of my old eyes. LOL. I'm happy with this dimable 5000k light, but I sorta wish I had purchased one that is available with 6000k.

Replacing LEDs on ceiling fans are like being in the “wild wild west “ with seeming little rules to follow. There are so many choices but I wanted a bright light for my room. This product delivered!!! And the instructions were clear. I’m very happy with the quality of this product.

The earlier light on the fan was enough for the room, i was expecting the same from this light but the luminosity is too low and you can barely see anything even below the light.I am thinking of returning it as this does not replace the light i had on the fan earlier.

I returned the item. They did not fit my Harbor Breeze ceiling fan. Looked complicated to install as the thickness of black and white was smaller than the existing fan.I called Harbor Breeze and I had to order the bulb housing which was $34.😠They don't sell just the LED bulb.

Used as a replacement light on my ceiling fan. My old light was blinking. There was a minor amount of modifications that I had to make so it would fit in the location of the old light. Also needed minor wire connections. None of these adjustments were a problem for me, I do a lot of repair projects around the house and for friends and family. This replacement might be challenging for some.

Really wanted to like this light kit but it just gets too hot to be used in my enclosed ceiling fan light fixture. The electrical connector provided is a joke. Would not buy again. These two points have been mentioned in previous reviews.

Great price.Easy to cut the wires of the original bulb socket and then connect the black and white wires with the included wire connector clip.the 3 mounted magnets were perfect to mount the LED light onto the metal surface of my ceiling fan.I recommend this product.
