From reading the reviews, I knew it wouldn’t keep my drink hot for long, and it gets piping hot in the microwave, but it’s perfect for taking my morning coffee to go while I drop off the kids at school. It fits perfectly in my automatic espresso machine too! I’ve given these as teachers gifts too, super cute.

Colors are nice, and the size is good. The edges of the silicone are rough and choppy, though. I was fine with this, but it doesn’t hold heat or cold, and the mouth of lid is small. Not worth the price. I’d return it if I could.

I love this cup because it does retain heat, but not too much. the sleeve keeps your hand from burning and by the time I'm ready for my coffee its at a temperature that doesn't blister my mouth! While you can find this item cheaper, when your favorite cup breaks you're willing to do whatever it takes to get it back

Love the design, the size & feel of it, but it really didn't keep beverages warm very long. Had to reheat, thank goodness it's microwave safe.

Amazing mug. If fits pretty much every car cup holder. It’s really nice looking. It’s heavy, which to me makes me feel like it’s better quality. Very easy to clean. However, my drinks do not stay hot. I don’t drink coffee as quickly as others do. Other mugs seem to really keep it hot for a while. This one hasn’t. It’s literally it’s only downside. If that doesn’t matter to you, go for it. You won’t regret it.

I searched a few weeks to find a double walled ceramic travel coffee container . I really needed one that would keep coffee hot for about an hour or so . This one did not keep it hot . . Not even close . Lukewarm coffee pretty quickly in ten minutes time . I ordered the 16 ounce . It’s really cute but it doesn’t do the job . Sadly .

I had one of these previously and it unfortunately broke, but it’s so cute that I ended up getting another. It’s great for on the go, but I prefer taking the lid off for drinking from it while I’m home/seated somewhere.

I'm a slow coffee drinker and it does exactly what it is supposed to. It keeps coffee warm for 45 mins - 1 hour. Like other review suggests it does get hot to touch right after adding the coffee but it is manageable trade off.

Bought this, but it arrived slightly damaged. Near the top of the outside of the cup, the ceramic was scratched off revealing the Styrofoam inner. Great looking item, but the thinness of the ceramic was a disappointment for me. It seemed literally paint thin.Was returning it due to it being damaged upon arrival, but I decided to not rebuy due to the thin ceramic.
