Mine broke the Sunday before Christmas, and I ordered it that day and got it two days later, the day before Christmas, so yay! It doesn’t come with the screws that attach the plate to the oven, so make sure you save those from the old unit. I swear this heats up faster than the old one. For saving Christmas, 5 stars.

I found this heating element, and decided to get it as a backup because last year at Thanksgiving my element went out and I was in a panic trying to find a replacement. This is intended for a Whirlpool but it is actually a great match for my GE Hotpoint stove. I was super happy that it actually fit in my stove. The build quality is very strong, and it was shipped very quickly! It takes me less than 5 minutes to install this heating element. It was wrapped very securely, and last time I was able to find an online video to help with installing it. I highly recommend it!
