Seems to work so far and the price is right considering you are getting a earth friendly grease, the jar should last a while (I buy grease every couple years, not every month) and you are supporting a small business from Canada. I've used it on screws, seat posts, pedal threads, and quick releases. I plan on using it for my fork and bottom bracket when I overhaul my bike. The consistency seems right for grease, but of course I won't know the results until I use it for a few years. I have no reason to believe it won't work well and the general feedback in reviews so far is positive. Another main plus ... Not needing to worry about wearing gloves for every little thing on your bike to avoid getting Petro-chemicals on your hands as you would with other lubes/greases.Some more context on why I decided to buy this product:Using a biobased chain lube is even more important than this grease since your chain will shed oil directly to the ground/environment. Nevertheless, as a consumer with buying power, in either scenario it's important to think about whether there is some vital necessity to have fossil fuel byproducts (PFOA/PTFE/etc) to lubricate your bike (pretty much *every* other product uses these chemicals)It is debatable if there are any long term health affects to humans due to these chemicals. It is not debatable that during manufacture and use, these products *never* breakdown and will persist in our water, food, and environment. Again, in the context of bikes, for what purpose? I love my bike, but it is not some high performance car or an airplane part. Using a fossil fuel based lubricant that doesn't break down seems completely unnecessary. Hopefully some of y'all try this grease out with me, if we all think it works well and it gets popular perhaps we can get the rest of the bike grease manufactures on board. When I'm next due for chain lube I'll be trying the WPL biobased+biodegradeable chain lube as well.Cheers 🍻P.S. product packaging is plastic. Not the best ,bm but at least not some some unrecyclable plastic/foil/tube nonsense. I hope WPL offers a recyclable tin/metal can soon!

I love WPL products! All bio-based & safe to touch without nitrie gloves. Eco-friendly and safe, and they work well. So, no brainer in selecting WPL (over petro-based products). This grease doesn't smell fruity like their lubes - just smells earthy (but not petro-chemically).Once again, yet another great product from WPL. Highly recommended!

I believe that products can be made that allow us to enjoy the outdoors without destroying the outdoors! I just received this grease; and will install my remainder of conventional petro/synthetic based stuff on one Bottom Bracket/Front and Rear Hub side, and this "Bio" grease on the other side. For now, I give it a 5 star rating due to its viscosity and reportedly non toxic formulation.

Good quality water resistant grease. Already used it on my 2 bikes bottom bracket and headset. Works perfect for bearings and metal with metal contact. I use the fork boost lube also and is a great product as well.

I’ve been really impressed with WPL’s other environmentally conscious products so I decided to try the grease too. So far I’ve been happy with it. Time will tell but it seems to be lasting just fine. Highly recommend for your bike and the planet!

UPDATE: I can't recommend for ball & cup bearings. The WPL Absolute seems to break down with time. I originally thought it was temperature, since this cheap hub is on a 28mph ebike. However, it seems to start to breakdown around 4 months and continues to become unstable as it ages. The lube slowly separated and leaked past seals both times I repacked these bearings with WPL.. I hadn't been riding this bike as much, as I have a mid-drive ebike now as well. So the final picture is only 1 year and 700 miles; all of the lube was gone. It had leaked out on the spokes, on this side, and disc rotor on the other. I removed the bearings before I took the photo, because there was absolutely no lube on them and I wanted to show the cup. There was a sticky film left, but not a useful one. It looked burnt, and what I think is happening is when the lube separates, the remaining ingredients get burnt up by friction. Maybe 120C/248F is true when the lube is fresh, but not after it starts to age & break down. What I liked about this grease is the consistency. I was worried that, being Biobased, it would break down (update: it turned out it does with age). I did some ball and cup bearings (cheap front hub) with WPL Absolute, to replace the Finish Line Premium Teflon grease I had previously replaced the OEM industrial green grease with. Granted, in these photos the Finish Line grease (3rd photo) had 1,500 miles and the WPL was at 400 miles (1st & 2nd photo), which was 34 days . These bearings with WPL Absolute Bicycle Grease looked great here, but I found the lube begins to degrade, after about 120 days. At 1 year, there was no WPL Absolute left in this hub (4th photo).

Grasa muy buena para usar a la hora de dar ubricación a partes de la bici donde la fricción resiente los materiales.
