Purchased for my 13-month-old's outfit for an 80s themed day at daycare, and they fit well - not too tight but tight enough to stay up. They were pretty long, but I wanted the scrunched up look anyway, and these were perfect.

A bit big for a 4/5 month old but still doable. We used these in a Halloween costume and they worked well for us! I feel like they were just a bit large for her.
