I bought 2 of these they are lovely. I noticed today a little crack in one of them which I hadn’t noticed when I opened them a couple of days ago I got in touch with the makers who got straight back to me and asked me to send a photo not of the crack just a photo of what pattern so that they could send me a replacement which they have dispatched all ready. I did send a photo of the crack also. I am very impressed with them for dealing with it in a matter of hours. Thank you again.

Correct size and colour .matches a different pattern ,I already have, so expect similar good quality , durability and reasonable costings.Very pleased with this item.

This is beautiful. Fab picture which is at one side of the panel meaning you can always enjoy the design even with say a kettle placed on it.
