I recently tried the weights, and they’ve been a great addition to my workouts. The weights are comfortable to wear and stay in place during exercises, whether on my arms or legs. They’re durable, and I love how they add more resistance to my workouts. I also use them not just for workouts. I leave them on my wrists all day and love how I feel like I’m working out without even noticing. I like that they’re adjustable and easy to put on and take off. This is just what I needed!

I got these weights to work my way up from the standard free weights. I wanted to transition from 8 to 9 pounds before using the 10 pound weights in my lifting class. I like the design, but the strap conflicts with my watch/fitbit when working out with them on my wrists.

These weights are just as described. Purchased these for my son to use during Virtual Reality play as he asked for them. They are adjustable, you can remove weight bars as needed as they slide off the band. Velcro holds very well. Sleek look and very easy to use
