Item quality, craftsmanship, and materials choices are very good. I was very pleasantly surprised a gamer teenager and a lazy teenager used it to dance, RGV light show, flash light and more. I was impressed it made a hole on my wall and the item was still in working condition (teenager did not used the provided strap). I recommend any and all parents to buy for stress relief and to put their teenagers to find, as many uses as they can. Excellent value and versatility.

Extremely amusing toy to have at a desk job. You get what you pay for though. Wore out after just a couple months of use but I enjoyed it while it lasted. Not sure if it actually strengthens your wrist or promotes arthritis but you can definitely feel the burn when you get it going extremely fast.

Wonderful excercise for wrist and forearm. I have been using a ball of this type for 30 years, first purchased in a sporting goods store and it never wore out but lost last year. and now this improved version starting with a wind up spring rather than a string-pull. Lights are unnecessary but fun. I hope the bearings are as good as my original.
