I like this product and use it for kayaking. After I get them on, which is a bit time consuming but not bad, they are very comfortable. I really forget I have them on. The reason I didn't give them four stars is because the Velcro is a bit short to put this on over a 1.5mm long sleeve hydroskin and drytop. It also has an inner-sleeve under the Velcro that I can't even use without them being uncomfortable. FYI: I am a tall, fairly slender guy at 6'3", 195 pounds, and 14" biceps. I ordered the L/XL, their largest size.

These elbow pads work well for kayaking. Most of the time I hardly notice I'm wearing them. I ordered the L/XL per their sizing sheet and they fit well. I can use them wearing no layers (skin) or over a drysuit with multiple layers underneath. They're easy enough to put on that I end up using them more often then not.

Very durable pads have put them through everything and they have held up well. This is my second set and I would recommend.
