Using one of these is the only way to sharpen knives, as long as you know how to use a steel. The difference is that it is coated in tiny manufactured diamonds, so it beats a convention sharpening steel any day. I wouldn’t be without mine - just a few strokes before you use your knives will keep them in the best condition every time.

Très bon aiguiseur diamant. Quelques passes et le tranchant de mes couteaux est parfait. Testé avec une feuille de papier.
