I recently purchased the WYNEX Tactical First Aid Drop Dump Pouch, and it has proven to be an invaluable addition to my tactical gear. As someone who places a high priority on being prepared for emergencies, this pouch has exceeded my expectations in both design and functionality. The first thing that impressed me was the quality of the materials. The fabric is tough and durable, capable of withstanding the rigors of outdoor activities and tactical scenarios. The stitching is strong and reliable, ensuring that the pouch will last a long time even with heavy use.The roll-up design is extremely practical. It allows for a compact storage solution when not in use, and quickly unrolls to provide easy access to all my medical supplies. The multiple compartments and elastic loops inside are thoughtfully designed, making it easy to organize and retrieve items quickly in an emergency situation. The hook-and-loop attachment system is versatile and secure. I’ve attached the pouch to my chest rig and vest, and it stays firmly in place without any issues. The sub-abdominal carry option is particularly convenient, keeping the pouch accessible while freeing up space on my main gear. One of the standout features is the ample storage capacity. Despite its compact size, the pouch can hold a significant amount of medical supplies, including bandages, tourniquets, and other essential items. This makes it perfect for building a comprehensive IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit).Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the WYNEX Tactical First Aid Drop Dump Pouch. It’s a well-designed, high-quality product that enhances my readiness for medical emergencies. Whether you’re in the military, law enforcement, or an outdoor enthusiast, this pouch is a must-have for your gear.

I have it attached to my issued Safariland Oregon City vest. There's just enough length on the velcro flap to hang off of the velcro opening used to remove the panel at the bottom rear of the vest. I used a strip of blank loop velcro to cover up the excess hook velcro and prevent excess wear to the surrounding fabric. The quality seems fine for the price. I have it packed with a pair of chest seals, 4" ETD, and wound packing gauze. There's still plenty of room to spare and I could relocate one of my tourniquets to this pouch if I wanted to.With the amount of supplies I have packed in it, it fits nicely in my lumbar curve without getting too obtrusive while sitting in the car. Finding the right tension for the bungee cinches on either side takes a little of experimentation. This is a great way to carry supplies on you without adding further clutter to your belt or the front of your vest.

Will just fit 2 chest seals, gauze, and dressing. Velcros right onto the bottom of your plate carrier, and the tabs make it easy to pull out.

I have a Ferro Concepts Slickster and was eyeing the $85 ferro concepts/FOG Roll 1 Trauma Pouch, but this is an excellent affordable alternative. Simple design that works well and matches the color of the vest perfectly. I was able to fit two chest seals in the largest compartment and then in the banded sections, I fit two NAR wound packing gauze, survival blanket, a SWAT-T TQ, and trauma shears.

Seems solid and attaches easily. When will these companies actually listen to someone who has used one of these it the field. The design of the interior (pull out) piece is wrong and will not hold the supplies needed securely. Think "velco burrito" and you will be on the right track.

This product while nice in appearance does not meet the standard of functionality or storage ability for what you are paying. Velcro inside won’t hold it shut when filled even with smaller medical supplies as there’s not a lot of give in the inner material, you can’t even have an H-bandage or a chest seal without this thing failing to close. I’d say it can hold maybe ONE TQ and some quik clot if you don’t have them next to eachother. Those little bungie chords on the outside aren’t too great at keeping the outer sleeve shut either. If you are a Marine or Soldier I highly advise against cheaping out, just go get a roll one from FC. I understand that the rolls are for smaller supplementary items but wow this thing is not good at holding even that.

Works as it should, only wish was it had a little more stretch to fit one more item, other than that it holds my entire blow out kit and keeps front of plate carrier free. Quality is super nice

Stitching seems pretty solid. Design is good. Might not be exactly the same in some way, but is very close and comparable to the original. It also is big enough for my rather large IFAK.
