The TC Oil Seal is specifically designed to keep out water and dirt, or avoid oil leakage.
Compared with other material, nitrile butadiene rubber has better mechanical properties and higher wear resistance
This product has a favourable resistance to many petroleum oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, alcohol, mineral oil and grease.
It is widely used in the manufacture of sealing products, but it is not suitable for phosphate series hydraulic oils and gear oils with extreme additives.

Owning a Harbor Freight trailer makes it difficult to find replacement parts involving the axle. When repacking the bearings, one of my seals had failed and was seeping grease. This seal was a perfect fit and there is no longer any grease oozing out the back.
