My office bathroom is shared with just men, which means that when supplies run out they don't always get replaced. We purchased this to eliminate the need to restock paper towels and it has been great. My only concern was that the dryer might turn on accidentally because of its close proximity to the toilet, but it only triggers when your hands are directly beneath it and we love it.The hand dryer takes about 15 seconds to get thoroughly dry (after shaking your hands a few times prior to using the dryer). About 5-7 seconds gets your hands just dry enough to finish the job on your pants without leaving a noticeable wet mark anywhere. The dryer was relatively easy to install for someone with some basic experience with electrical, I'm definitely no expert. We weren't so concerned with the environmental savings, but it does make you feel good to think of saving a few trees by using it.

This is it... Great price, great unit, easy to install and has all the power you want. Very effective for drying hands, we no longer purchase paper towels. My only advice is to keep in mind that this WILL blow the water off peoples hands and against the wall potentially getting the wall dirty. This happened to us and I just put some plastic against the wall to make cleaning easier.

I installed this for a customer in a commercial setting. The install was straightforward and easy. The unit performs very well. What was really great though, was the sensitivity adjustment. This restroom is very small and I had to put the unit almost behind the door. The doorknob was being picked up by the sensor at first. I thought I'd have to try to shield the sensor to prevent false starts. Fortunately, the sensor adjustment in this unit allows for very fine adjustment, which is not always the case with other units, and I was able to set it for reliable operation without false starting. I think this is one of the most well designed units on the market.

I have never seen a hand dryer this effective at any public restroom. Yes, it is loud, but not painfully so. Someone mentioned that it scared their kids. If the dryer is mounted to that their ears are close and underneath the dryer when it is on, the noise probably is too much. If you are an adult, however, and don't have it mounted so high relative to your head, then the noise is tolerable and well worth it for how dry your hands get. We love the two at our office.

It drys my hands as promised. It startled me at first when the fan kicks in because it is loud in my small 6x5 bathroom. Once you step out the room, the volume does not bother anyone. The force of the air blows the paper towels out of the garbage can. I just needed to move the can. I still have to see it the unit will make water spots on the wall it is attached to. That would seem bothersome to wipe off the wall...setting of the sensor... then having it blowing while you clean the wall.

I have installed three of these at our shop it has definitely reduced paper towel usage and helps clear the air in the restroom at times. So a double benefit !! We have 50 employees so these get a workout daily and have performed flawlessly. I Suggest having an electrician install them... a real one please.

We replaced the paper towel holder in our office with this little unit. No more paper towels down the toilet! Had someone install it for us, so I can't comment on the complexity of the install. It is loud, but will dry your hands in 10 - 15 seconds. The wall you place this on will have wet streaks down it from water being blown off your hands, so you will have to wipe the wall down to keep the place clean.

excellent-- we love it-- better than the "wave through" auto on and off. I would buy again
